About: We are seeking an experienced and qualified Mobile Multi-Skilled Commercial Gas Engineer to join our client's team in Sutton, who would be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance, inspections, testing, corrective works, and minor installations across a range of commercial buildings, plant and site. Key Responsibilities: Carry out a variety of general maintenance, reactive services, and corrective works on buildings, plant, and site equipment. Perform testing and inspection of mechanical systems in accordance with current regulations and industry standards. Ensure all plant and systems are maintained and operated for maximum efficiency, availability, and reliability. Conduct remedial and refurbishment works following breakdowns or maintenance inspections. Complete mechanical maintenance tasks and corrective works in line with maintenance instructions. Perform minor new works installations, including commissioning and testing. Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and site personnel.
