We are currently seeking an HR Advisor/HR Generalist to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This pivotal role will play a key part in shaping and enhancing our recruitment and talent acquisition processes, while also supporting the day-to-day delivery of HR operations across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support end-to-end recruitment across the UK and US, from role briefing through to offer and onboarding, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout.
* Play a key role in onboarding and induction, delivering HR induction presentations and partnering with hiring managers and L&D to ensure structured and effective induction plans are in place.
* Provide day-to-day operational HR support, including employee administration, HR systems management, and maintaining accurate employment records and reporting.
* Provide practical HR advisory support to managers and employees, ensuring matters are handled consistently and in line with employment legislation and company policies.
* Prepare and issue formal employment documentation, including contractual amendments, leaver correspondence, reference requests, and letters relating to formal HR processes.
* Support payroll and employee benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and adherence to key deadlines.
* Conduct exit interviews and manage leaver administration and associated processes.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, tools, policies, employee benefits, and the delivery of DE&I and employee engagement initiatives across the business.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in an HR Advisor, HR Generalist, or Talent Acquisition role
* Minimum CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent relevant HR experience
* Strong end-to-end recruitment experience
* Experience supporting payroll processes and working with HR systems
* Good understanding of employment legislation and HR best practice
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Confident communicator with the ability to build strong working relationships across the business
* Proactive approach with a solution-oriented mindset
