Responsibilities
* Guide Our Colleagues – Collaborating with the store management team to ensure your team is well‑trained, informed and capable of delivering the high store standards our customers expect.
* Prioritise Customer Satisfaction – Work closely with management to identify customer service needs, communicate these priorities to the team, and ensure all members contribute to outstanding service and a safe, welcoming store environment.
* Drive Store Success – Understand and support the execution of daily performance goals and play a key role in achieving targets and store presentation.

* Salary & Hours
o £32,032 FTE
o 44 hours per week
