Partnerships Manager - Hotel | Bicester Village | Permanent Full time

The objective is to increase the conversion of high-spending guests from both accommodation and non-accommodation partners to the Village. This involves managing a portfolio of UK-based local hotels, hotel chains, serviced apartments, and other accommodation providers. The role also includes prospecting for partners within allocated segments, working collaboratively with the Senior Business Development Manager. The time split is 50% for Local Accommodation and 50% for Non-Accommodation partners.
What you will be doing
The key responsibilities include:
* Account managing a portfolio of Accommodation and other appointed Partners, with a 50% split for Local Accommodation and 50% for Non-Accommodation partners.
* Developing relationships with key contacts at Hotels (Concierge, Reception, PR, Sales & Marketing, Groups & Events, Operations, GM) - a 360-degree account management approach.
* Visiting each hotel regularly to deliver key selling points about the Village (frequency aligned with goals).
* Identifying and developing marketing opportunities to increase Bicester Village's visibility at partner locations, including social channels, websites, apps, newsletters, brochures, displays, posters, television offerings, and installations.
* Collaborating closely with the Marketing content team on all marketing assets for accommodation and other partners.
What makes you special
We are seeking an individual with:
* Ability to drive and access to a car (due to role requirements).
* At least 2 years' experience in the travel or hospitality industry.
* Experience in Partnerships, Sales, Digital Marketing, especially with Luxury hotels, is a plus.
* Knowledge of working with Countly and markets such as Middle East, India, US is advantageous.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with partners and colleagues.
