The Role
We’re looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to support our consultants by identifying and engaging top talent across our core US markets. This is a great opportunity for someone methodical, people-focused, and eager to develop their recruitment knowledge and career without the pressure of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing and updating the CRM with candidate activity
* Writing and posting job adverts
* Proactively sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels
* Conducting initial phone/video interviews
* Assisting with market mapping and competitor research
* Maintaining regular candidate engagement and relationship-building
* Supporting consultants with interview coordination and follow-ups
The Candidate
* Organised, focused, and able to manage multiple tasks
* Flexible and willing to learn about niche recruitment markets
* Confident communicator, both written and verbal
* Comfortable using online tools and social platforms
* Some experience in recruitment, telesales or resourcing is preferred.
* Confidence interacting with people of all levels, from individuals selling Plant attachments or software through to Partners, Presidents and CEOs.
