Resident Liaison Officer (Planned & Regeneration)

Contract: 7 months, ending June 2026
Location: Basildon area; requires travel between sites.
About The Role
Serve as the primary point of contact between residents, project stakeholders, and the construction team. Foster positive relationships, address resident concerns, and ensure resident needs are met. Provide first‑class liaison and administrative support to the project team in a professional and efficient manner.
About You
Experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or similar project administration with a main contractor for planned works; experience in a social housing environment is advantageous. Familiarity with EasyBOP and SHDF and a Level 3 Customer Service qualification or equivalent is desirable, though not essential.
Must live within reasonable distance, hold a clean full UK driving licence for at least 12 months, and be willing to travel between sites when required.
