Main Responsibilities:
* Drive sales and margin growth across a defined customer base
* Develop and implement tailored account development plans
* Support customer retail strategies and introduce new products and services
* Identify and convert new business leads into profitable, long-term accounts
* Manage promotional activity and ensure successful project delivery
* Handle negotiations related to rebates, pricing, and marketing support
* Own the resolution of customer issues and maintain high satisfaction levels
* Collaborate with internal teams on supply-only or full installation opportunities
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in key account management and customer development
* Background in consumer durables / DIY / trade / hardware / fabrication
* Skilled in building strong, multi-level customer relationships
* Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and market awareness
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
* Highly self-motivated, organised, and able to work autonomously
* Full UK driving licence is essential
