The Role
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Scientist to join our lab team. This is not a narrowly defined role – as a growing company, we all wear many hats, and your day-to-day will be varied, hands-on, and impactful.
Key Responsibilities:
·Manufacture of PCR master mixes and other molecular biology reagents
·Design and validation of genetic assays
·Assist with quality control testing of reagents, master mixes, and instrumentation
·Provide technical support to customers – by email, phone, and occasionally in person
·Contribute to R&D and product development projects

·Experience working in a biological laboratory

·Genotyping, plant or crop genetics, or DNA extraction/purification
·Familiarity with laboratory QC procedures and/or reagent manufacturing
·Previous customer-facing or technical support experience
