We are seeking a Corporate Communications Specialist based in either Manchester or Glasgow. This roles primary focus is to support and strengthen UK internal communications, ensuring clear, consistent, and engaging messaging across the Property Management UK business. The role will report to the European Senior Communications Manager and will lead on day‑to‑day UK operational and internal communications, while also contributing content and support to wider European Property Management communications projects when required.
This position strengthens UK communications across leadership and operational updates, projects and change initiatives and enhances digital and multimedia content output across the Property Management business. The role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and essential for keeping the workforce informed, connected, and engaged.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Content Creation & Management
* Produce high quality digital content including newsletters, intranet articles, videos, infographics, social posts, and multimedia assets.
* Support with updating PM UK intranet content, ensuring information is timely, relevant, and aligned with branding.
* Support creation and management of site and team specific pages and operational updates across internal platforms.
* Develop visual and written content for internal campaigns, leadership messaging, and project updates.
* Assist with production of digital marketing initiatives and collateral, aligning to wider Communications strategy.
Operational Communications (UK Focus)
* Support the delivery of operational communication across Property Management UK, ensuring clarity, consistency, and effectiveness.
* Draft and distribute department newsletters (weekly/monthly) and contribute to PM Europe communications when required.
* Gather stories, operational updates, and success case studies from teams and stakeholders.
* Support communication requirements for major operational changes, transformation initiatives, and policy updates.
* Assist with creating toolkits, cascades, and briefings for managers.
Campaign & Project Communications Support
* Work closely with the Business Transformation team to support rollout and adoption of key projects.
* Assist in producing communication plans, stakeholder messaging, and targeted content for project milestones.
* Track engagement and gather feedback to improve communication outputs.
Event, Leadership & Engagement Support
* Support planning and delivery of internal events including Town Halls, leadership huddles, and departmental meetings.
* Create and manage event content such as PPT decks, talking points, scripts, and videos.
* Support employee engagement activity including recognition campaigns, wellness initiatives, and community‑building programmes.
Branding, Social Media & External Support
* Assist with producing content for LinkedIn and wider CBRE platforms to elevate PM UK stories and successes.
* Ensure brand messaging is consistent across internal and external communications.
Insights, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
* Track performance of digital channels, content engagement, and campaign impact.
* Provide recommendations for improvement using data, feedback, and best practice.
* Stay current on industry trends, digital tools, and communication formats.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Essential
* Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across digital channels.
* Experience creating multimedia content (PPT, video, graphics, intranet posts).
* Understanding of internal/operational communications in a large organisation.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality content at pace.
* Strong stakeholder engagement abilities.
* High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and creative problem‑solving.
Desirable
* Experience working within Property Management, Real Estate, or professional services.
* Familiarity with organisational change communications.
* Ability to analyse engagement data and produce insightful reports.
* Experience with SharePoint, Adobe tools, or similar content platforms.
