Deputy Clinic Manager - Renal Unit Registered Nurse in Bangor

This is a permanent full-time position that offers an annual salary of up to £42,500, depending on experience. What you will do
* Co-lead a team of nurses and support staff to deliver high-quality, individualised patient-focused care
* Coordinate clinical, administrative, and operational activities in the clinic
* Deputise in the operations management of the clinic
* Ensure a seamless patient journey and provide an inviting environment for clients at all touchpoints
* Implement new processes to drive quality improvement initiatives in the clinic
* Onboard new teammates effectively alongside the wider team
* Develop positive relationships with patients and handle any complaints that may arise
* Ensure compliance with all relevant clinical, governance, and regulatory systems and policies, including KLoE
* Maintain accurate records and timely report submissions
Person Specification
* Registered Nurse with renal experience
* Previous clinical leadership experience in an outpatient haemodialysis setting
* Engaging communication skills and a friendly demeanour to connect successfully with a diverse team and patients
* Lead-by-example style to encourage a value-driven culture that brings out the best in everyone
* Proactive and solution-oriented approach to changing situations in a clinical environment
* Exceptional organisation skills to manage a variety of tasks associated with running a clinic
* Evidence of Continued Professional Development, ideally in Renal Care
