This role is ideal for someone passionate about turning data into actionable insights, with a strong foundation in Power BI, SQL, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality analytics that support strategic decision-making across the business.**Key Responsibilities*** Deliver analytical projects aligned with business priorities, using Power BI, SQL, and DAX to generate actionable insights.* Build and maintain dashboards and data models, translating findings into clear narratives and visualisations.* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, shape technical solutions, and communicate outcomes effectively.* Ensure outputs meet data governance standards, promote responsible data use, and support documentation of data assets.* Contribute to a high-performing team by sharing knowledge, adopting best practices in coding and data storytelling, and exploring emerging technologies like AI.**About the Candidate**The ideal candidate will possess the following:* Proven experience developing Power BI dashboards and data models.* Proficiency in DAX, SQL, and/or Python for solving business problems.* Solid understanding of data architecture and modelling principles.* Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and cloud-based data platforms (desirable).* Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices.* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.* A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and continuously improve.We are proud to be a Disability Confident Committed employer.
