Flight Handler - Gatwick (Crawley RH10) £15.21 per hour | Full-time | 5 on / 3 off We're currently recruiting Flight Handlers to join a fast-paced aviation catering team at Gatwick. This is a hands-on role supporting aircraft turnaround and ensuring flights are fully prepared to the highest standards. Shift Details Start times between 03:00 - 10:00 (flexibility required) Approx. 9.5-hour shifts (including 30-min break) Average 40 hours per week What You'll Get Free on-site parking Complimentary meals during shifts Full uniform & PPE provided Full training and onboarding support Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily tasks to meet flight schedules Prepare and assemble in-flight meals and equipment to specification Load, secure and dispatch catering trolleys Deliver catering supplies to aircraft Assist with aircraft cabin set-up to required standards Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety and quality Support loading of catering trucks and aircraft provisioning Communicate effectively with ground crew and flight teams Carry out manual handling (up to approx. 50 lbs) Follow all health, safety, security, and operational procedures Requirements (CAA-Regulated Role) Willing to complete a Criminal Record Check Able to provide 5-year employment/education history (support provided) Valid photo ID (passport / driving licence ) Full 5-year UK address history Willing to complete Aviation Security Training This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a time-sensitive environment as part of a team, including carrying out manual handling tasks.
