This is for someone who sits comfortably between delivery, change and advisory someone who can run complex programmes and help clients get their people, processes and leadership ready for whats coming next. Youll join a fast-growing consulting team within a global professional services platform, working at the sharp end of retail banking transformation. The work is varied, client-facing and genuinely consultative not just reporting status and chasing actions. What the role really looks like Day-to-day will depend on the client, but youll typically be: Leading retail banking transformation programmes (payments, product development, red programmes, operating model change) Acting as a trusted advisor to Heads of Product, Product Strategy and Transformation Running workstreams or full programmes end-to-end, sometimes within large runstream environments Supporting business readiness, people and change, not just technical delivery Working closely with directors and senior stakeholders and being confident at that level Helping shape proposals, tenders and new client opportunities Developing and bringing junior colleagues along with you, not working in isolation The background that fits Theyre flexible on the exact route you took, but typically this suits someone who has: 5+ years experience delivering projects in financial services Strong exposure to retail banking transformation or Consulting. Some involvement in proposals, bids or solution shaping Formal qualifications help (PRINCE2, PMP, Change, Lean / Six Sigma, BA certs), but theyre not obsessed with badges. Capability matters more.
