Hours: 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year
* Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 16:00
* Friday 08:00 – 15:30
Salary: Grade F6-8 – Actual salary £22,254.85 – £22,969.88
As a growing Academy Trust, we are looking for a proactive and organized School Administrator to support our leadership team and ensure the smooth running of our school office. This is a varied role involving general admin duties, reception cover, and pupil welfare support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the leadership team
* Coordinate office tasks and maintain accurate records
* Liaise with staff, governors, and external agencies
* Assist with first aid, school trips, and events
* Help at Reception when needed
What We're Looking For:
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Experience in admin (school experience a plus)
* Friendly, flexible, and team-oriented
* Confident using office software and systems
