Responsibilities:
5. Coordinating all aspects of shipping logistics, ensuring the timely delivery of goods to customers
6. Handling all shipping documentation and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
7. Liaising with internal teams and external partners to track shipments and resolve any potential issues
8. Managing inventory and stock levels, keeping accurate records of goods in transit
9. Providing excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving any shipping-related queries
Essential:
To excel in this role, you will need:
10. Previous experience in a similar export or logistics role within sea freight specifically
11. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
12. Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance with documentation
13. Proficiency in using shipping software and Microsoft Office applications
14. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
Desirable:
15. Knowledge of international shipping regulations and procedures
16. Experience in using customs software and dealing with customs authorities
17. Familiarity with CRM systems and order management tools
