Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Team Leader to join a leading Manufacturing company in Millbrook Southampton. This is a permanent position.
Responsibilities for this Customer Service Team Leader role:
1. Complaints Handling, Including Non-Conformances: Corrective & Preventative Actions
2. BRC Compliance (this is important – for the right person we would send them on a course to train for the accreditation!)
3. Ensure business documentation is up to date including H&S, Fire & personnel records
4. Gov Declarations
5. Stock Control
6. Purchasing
7. Invoicing
8. Manage small customer service/admin team along with providing excellent customer service
Requirements for this Customer Service Team Leader role:
9. Sage experience
10. Team Player
11. Organised and self-efficient
12. Experience in a similar role
The role:
13. This is a permanent position
14. Monday – Friday 08:30am – 17:30pm with a 1 hour lunch break
15. £28,000 however this is negotiable plus annual bonus
