Job Description SALES & LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency Location: Bedford, MK40 Salary: £35k Position: Permanent – Full Time This is a great opportunity for a Residential Sales & Lettings Negotiator with previous experience in Estate Agency, who is able to hit the ground running and work for a highly respected local brand in the Bedford area. You will need to be a committed team player, with excellent customer service skills and a passion for selling residential property. You will be instrumental in helping to grow the market share whilst ensuring first class customer service is being delivered. You will need to be smart, punctual, reliable, well-spoken and articulate, whilst being driven, focused and be able to thrive in a faced paced pressurised environment. You will also need to be energetic, driven, proactive, self-motivated, articulate and of course, utterly charming!
