Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Primary School in Salford A warm and nurturing primary school in Salford is partnering with Teaching Personnel to recruit a caring, proactive, and committed Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team from March. The Role As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will be an essential part of the classroom team, supporting the class teacher and helping create a positive, engaging learning environment. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering one-to-one and small-group support Assisting with planning, delivering, and reviewing lessons Helping to maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom setting Supporting pupils with diverse learning needs, including SEND and EAL Encouraging positive behaviour and contributing to effective classroom routines Building strong, supportive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families About You We’re looking for someone who can bring enthusiasm, dedication, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
