Our client, a reputable automotive main dealer in the Wolverhampton area, is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join their dynamic aftersales team.

Assisting the Parts Manager with daily departmental operations
Supplying parts to the workshop and retail customers efficiently
Managing stock levels and ensuring correct storage of parts
Receiving deliveries and processing returns accurately
Completing administrative duties related to parts sales and inventory
Answering customer enquiries face-to-face and over the phone
Maintaining high levels of customer service at all times
Supporting the overall efficiency of the parts department and dealership operationsRequirements of a Parts Advisor:
Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor trade
Strong communication and organisational skills
Good working knowledge of computer systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
