Day-to-day of the role:

* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine curriculum materials and teaching strategies.

* Maintain open lines of communication with parents and guardians to support student progress and address concerns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience as a Phase Lead ideal but not mandatory
* Experience in primary education, with a track record of excellent classroom practice.
* A strong commitment to inclusive educational practices.
* High expectations for both self and students, with an ability to inspire and motivate.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for building relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
