Joining a friendly, small firm of solicitors in the Bognor Regis area, the successful candidate will undertake a range of duties including:
* Performing daily banking functions
* Reconciling bank accounts
* Paying invoices
* Paying disbursements for clients
* Checking and authorising invoices to clients
* Resolving ledger discrepancies
* Undertaking general accounts reporting
* PAYE Payroll & administration duties
* Submissiong of VAT returns
* Keeping up to date with Solicitors Accounts Rules and keeping compliance when performing duties
Previous Legal Cashiering experience would be highly beneficial, but not essential. The firm can consider a Bookkeeper / Finance Assistant with strong previous accounting experience. The firm are ideally looking for someone to work between 10-20 hours per week and are flexible regarding how these hours can be spread
