Overview
Senior Server / Waiter / Waitress role at The Columbo Group – Jazz Cafe. The position involves being the face of the dining experience, welcoming guests, taking orders with confidence, and ensuring service is smooth, friendly, and efficient in a fast-paced, music-fuelled environment.
What You’ll Do
* Greet guests with a friendly, genuine welcome
* Take and relay orders clearly and efficiently
* Recommend food and drink with confidence
* Run your section smoothly, even on busy nights
* Build positive relationships with guests and your team
What We’re Looking For
* At least two years of experience as a Server, Waiter, or Waitress in a high-volume restaurant environment
* Experience following detailed service steps, including allergen procedures, while managing a busy section
* A strong desire to grow—promotion from within and our Columbo Academy programme to help you become a future leader
What To Expect
* Competitive Pay: £13.00 per hour plus tronc (total package up to £14.50 per hour). Wages paid every two weeks on a Friday; tronc paid on the last Friday of the month
