Senior Private Client Solicitor\nSalary Highly Competitive | Fast Process | Regional Powerhouse \n\nI am working with a highly regarded North West London practice with a strong reputation for providing clear, practical advice and building lasting relationships. The firm is now seeking a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join its growing department and take on a key role in shaping its future.\n\nYou will be handling a broad and interesting caseload, including:

\n\n
\n\t
* Complex wills and estate planning for high-net-worth individuals.
\n\t
* Trust creation and administration, together with probate and estate administration, including taxable estates.
\n\t
* Lasting Powers of Attorney and succession planning for entrepreneurial families and business owners.
\n\t
* Working towards a leadership role within the department, helping to mentor colleagues and develop strategy.
\n\n\n
\n
\nThe ideal candidate will bring:

\n\n
\n\n
\n\n
\n\n
\n\t
* At least 4 years’ PQE in Private Client work, with strong technical knowledge of wills, trusts, probate and LPAs.
\n\t
* A STEP qualification (or equivalent experience).
\n\t
* Excellent drafting skills, confident client care, and the ability to build rapport with HNW clients and advisers.
\n\t
* A commercial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and departmental growth.
