Blackthorn Medical Centre, an 8,500-patient GMS practice in Maidstone, is seeking an additional GP Partner for 6 sessions per week (flexibility available for the right candidate) to join our well-established, friendly, and high-achieving team. With a low staff turnover, we have built an environment where clinicians feel valued, supported, and encouraged to thrive.Our practice is deeply committed to education and training, with two GP trainers and 2 Clinical Supervisors actively involved in mentoring GP registrars, advanced care practitioners, nurses, ARRS staff, and medical students. We empower our administrative team to upskill and take on tasks such as care navigation and coordination, document handling, prescription management, and lab result processing—allowing clinicians to focus more fully on patient care.
