I&E Maintenance Planner
Job Summary
I&E Maintenance Planner at CF Fertilisers UK Limited, a subsidiary of CF Industries, a leading Fortune 500 Company. We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic I&E Maintenance Planner. This is an exceptional opportunity to join our dynamic Maintenance team where you will take on a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our site facilities and equipment through strategic planning and scheduling of maintenance activities.
Accountabilities
In this role you are accountable for:
* EHSQ: Ensuring all maintenance tasks are planned in accordance with company and statutory, environmental, health and safety standards to ensure provision of a safe working environment including the Company’s obligations under COMAH legislation.
* Planning: Diagnosing the cause of equipment problems as described in work requests; scoping maintenance activities and production of job packs, including but not limited to:
o Task sequence.
o Labour and resource requirements.
o Isolation requirements.
o Access arrangements e.g. scaffolding, MEWP etc.
o Lifting arrangements e.g. crane lifting plan etc.
o Risk assessment, Method statement (RAMS) including Specific hazard information such as confined space, vessel entry, first line break etc.
o Permit to Work request.
* Checking materials, spares, tools and equipment are available, and work orders are ready to execute.
* Managing the backlog of outstanding, unplanned work.
* Utilizing the computerized maintenance management system in accordance with business maintenance policy.
* Preparing, collating, reviewing and filing reports of work done, equipment technical drawings, data and settings, spares descriptions and hierarchy in electronic and paper filing systems so that historical data is retained, recommendations for the future are made and evidence of work done is available for audit.
* Updating job packs with feedback from the Maintenance Execution team of improvements in work task preparation (spares, tools, requirements etc.) and execution (methods, time estimates etc.) as a means to continuously improve.
* Identifying opportunistic/self-plan defects which don’t require input from the planning team. Effectively allowing work to go straight to schedule execution.
