Global Alumni Engagement Manager
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute communication strategies targeting diverse global alumni audiences.
* Design, launch and manage online platforms and communities to enhance alumni engagement.
* Create compelling marketing collateral and promote a valued alumni benefits package.
* Plan, coordinate and deliver events – both online and in‑person – across multiple time zones and geographies.
* Recruit, manage and motivate volunteers; line manage and develop staff.
* Build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels, leveraging a global mindset.
Qualifications
* Pro‑active, experienced alumni engagement professional with a proven track record.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience rolling out online platforms and managing online communities.
* Experience planning and delivering global events, both virtual and face‑to‑face.
* Strong organisational and leadership skills; ability to recruit, motivate and line‑manage staff and volunteers.
* Demonstrated ability to build trust, influence others and work with a global mindset.
Travel & Working Hours
Local, national and occasional international travel required. Flexibility in hours for evening and weekend events.
