?? Hours: Flexible Part-Time or Full-Time
How Youll Make a Difference
* Deliver tailored lessons designed around individual learning needs
* Support pupils with autism, ADHD, SEMH, and additional needs
* Establish consistent routines and structured sessions
* Provide tuition in home or community-based settings
* Encourage positive engagement and measurable progress
What Were Looking For
* Experience in SEN/SEND, education, mentoring, or youth work
* Ability to teach at primary and/or secondary level
* Based in Gillingham with local travel availability
* Calm, nurturing, and reliable professionals
* Strong safeguarding and child protection awareness
