We are looking for a Field Compliance Supervisor now as part of our Technical Infrastructure Services division of Network Services. This is a field based role that will see you travel on site across the Midlands region.
The Field Compliance Supervisor will be responsible for the Openreach Fibre Build Networks contract deliverables ensuring these are delivered as planned by Telent and its partners / suppliers. This includes confirmations of resources on site, dealing with any in-life, real-time issues and flagging any requirements for jeopardy management. You will see all programmed works on-site through to completion, meeting set KPIs and SLAs.
As the Field Compliance Supervisor, you will support Civils & Fibre gangs employed by Telents suppliers locally to ensure all safety, compliance and quality standards are being met through, a defined audit and inspection regime as set out by the Infrastructure Services business. The Field Compliance Supervisor will ensure compliancy of works across Cabling, Poling, Civils and again, the Fibre Build itself. The area to be covered is the Midlands.
