Due to continued growth, theyre now looking for a Scheduler / Planner with experience in social housing to join their team.
Key Responsibilities Read and interpret schedules of works, drawings and specifications
Create accurate quotes based on labour, materials, subcontractor, and overhead costs
Plan and allocate work to trades and subcontractors
Coordinate and book appointments with tenants and clients
Ensure labour and materials are deployed efficiently
Monitor job progress and update schedules as needed
Maintain detailed records of costs, bookings, and communications
Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and end users
Requirements and Desired Experience Experience in social housing / property maintenance is essential
Proven ability to build quotes and understand cost breakdowns
Confident reading technical documentation (SoWs, specs, etc.)
Strong organisational and scheduling skills
Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and tenants
Proactive and able to work under pressure
IT proficient job management/scheduling software experience desirable
Salary and Package Information
Competitive salary: £25,000 £45,000 depending on experience
