About the Role
We are looking for a commercially driven B2B Sales Executive to support and grow our wholesale and trade business.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships, managing key accounts, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
You will play a key role in developing partnerships across retailers, distributors, and online marketplaces, contributing directly to the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Client Growth
* Manage and develop relationships with key B2B customers including retailers, distributors, and trade partners
* Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through product expansion and commercial initiatives
* Act as the main point of contact for customer queries, performance reviews, and ongoing support
Business Development
* Identify and onboard new B2B customers through targeted, relationship-led outreach
* Support the expansion of wholesale and marketplace channels
* Build long-term partnerships rather than transactional sales
Commercial & Operational Coordination
* Manage pricing, quotations, and commercial agreements
* Support forecasting, stock planning, and demand management
* Work closely with internal teams (supply chain, product, marketing) to deliver on customer needs
Performance & Market Insight
* Monitor account performance and sales trends
* Provide regular reporting and insights to support business decisions
* Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity
What We’re Looking For
* 3–5+ years’ experience in B2B account management, sales support, or business development
* Experience working with retail, wholesale, or marketplace customers
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills
* Commercial awareness with understanding of pricing, margins, and forecasting
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts effectively
* A collaborative and team-oriented approach
