We’re looking for a confident and driven Lead Generator to join a growing sales team.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys speaking to people, thrives in a target-driven environment, and isn’t afraid of picking up the phone.
You’ll be generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, following up warm leads, and building relationships with potential clients.
The Role as a Lead Generator:
* 60–80 outbound calls per day
* Generating and qualifying new business leads
* Following up warm enquiries
* Booking appointments for the sales team
* Updating CRM systems and tracking activity
* Building relationships with new and existing customers
* Working towards daily and monthly targets
What We’re Looking For in a Lead Generator:
* Previous sales / telesales / lead generation experience
* Confident telephone manner
* Motivated by targets and commission
* Good communication skills
* Self-motivated and organised
* Experience using CRM systems preferred
