Youll be leading a small team, supporting a mixed portfolio of clients, and getting stuck into everything from year-end accounts and tax returns to complex queries and HMRC investigations. This isnt a tick-box role were looking for someone who genuinely wants to go above and beyond for clients.
What you'll be doing:
Leading and mentoring a team
Reviewing work, spotting issues before they become problems
Attending client meetings (remote and in-person)
Tackling complex tax queries and offering clear advice
Supporting with audits, investigations and the tricky stuff
What were after:
1. ACA / ACCA qualified ideally
2. Experienced gained within practice
3. Solid background managing a client portfolio
4. Confident with cloud systems (Xero, FreeAgent, QuickBooks)
5. Great at building relationships and solving problems
