Within the Care in the Home division, we support children and young people with complex health needs to live at home with their families.
We'd like you to join us as a Night Support Worker at our young clients home in North Somercotes (rural village outside of Louth). Due to the rural location you will need to be a driver with a car.
When you'll be working: Waking Nights (11pm-8am)
2 nights a week - Mondays and Fridays
18 hours a week
What you'll be doing:
This role is to support a 17 year old teenage girl with complex health needs in her family home overnight. The shifts will be double ups (two support workers on shift together).
Our client lives at home with her parents, siblings and pets.
Full training, shadow shifts and ongoing support will be provided.
