We are looking for a User Researcher to support us in one of our projects working with a public sector client. The role involves designing, scoping, and running research sessions using both quantitative and qualitative methods, with clear research plans to identify discussion points for stakeholder sessions.
Essential skills/experience:
* Provide a feasibility-assessed recommendation by the working group on the future vision for waste reforms.
* Independently facilitate a mixed group of stakeholders, including senior industry representatives and waste management officials, to gather stakeholder views, test assumptions, identify design principles, and explore opportunities and constraints.
* Organize and manage the delivery of the sprint as a mini project.
* Develop and work to plans within agreed timescales, organize engagement points tailored to stakeholder needs, and track and escalate risks and issues in preparation for stakeholder sessions.
* Map journeys, identify pain points, and resolve issues through research.
* Design research approaches using appropriate tools to capture stakeholder feedback, develop personas and archetypes, and produce outputs that communicate insights effectively to diverse stakeholders.
