We’re looking for a motivated Store Manager to lead our Vision Express team in Ayr. You’ll drive store performance, deliver exceptional customer service, and inspire your team to achieve great results.
Strong commercial awareness, leadership, and communication skills are key. You’ll manage day‑to‑day operations, maximise sales, and create a positive store culture. Optical experience is preferred but not essential – full training will be provided.
