A well-established housing organisation are looking for a Scheme Manager to manage Scheme in Worcester. This role is overseeing a scheme for retirement living. You will be helping to ensure the residents receive the best service, whilst ensuring building safety and compliance.

Working Hours: 24 hours - Part Time

Salary: £18,646
Responsibilities
* Ensuring excellent housing management services
* Providing great customer service
* Assisting with welfare benefits checks, rent and payment queries etc
* Responsible for void sign ups within the scheme, ensuring all vacant properties are allocated within set time frames
* Helping to maximise tenants independence
* Completing regular compliance checks including health and safety, building safety in line with regulatory requirements
* Maintaining positive relationships with our customers
Requirements / What the ideal candidate will have
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Experience carrying out safety checks, risk assessments
* Good customer service skills
* The ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders
* Estate Officer, Estate management, Retirement Living experience would be beneficial
