Support Worker - Complex Car eHours : 42 hours per weekShift Pattern: D ay & N ight, 12-hour shifts (08:0020:00 / 20:0008:00) on a rota basis.Pay: £13.40 per hourLocation: Rossendale, BB4Contract: Full Time, Temporary to PermanentAbout the Role: We are looking to recruit a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker for our client in the North West that speciali s es in providing high quality support to individuals with complex needs.Th is role will involve supporting an individual with a Learning Disabilities and Autism diagnosis that also has Mental Health needs, within a supported living environment in Rossendale .This is a hands-on role that requires patience, understanding, and experience working with adults with complex needs, including supporting service users with mental health conditions.Our client would also require a candidate that is flexible to work a variety of shift patterns including day shift and night shift a s well as the expectation to work alternate weekends on a rota basis alongside other members of the team.Key Responsibilities:Provide high-quality, person-centered care to service users with L earning disabilities, Autism and Mental Health needs.Support daily living activities, promoting independence and choice.Maintain accurate records and communicat e effectively with the wider team.Uphold safeguarding standards and ensure the safety and wellbeing of service users at all times .Administering and recording medication safelySupporting individuals with domestic tasks and daily living.Building and maintaining positive relationships with service users and their familiesRequirements:Previous experience supporting individuals with Mental Health conditions, ideally within a supported living or residential environment.Experience of supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities and AutismAbility to work 12-hour shifts on a full-time basis including alternating weekendsF lexible to work both day and night shift .Positive, empathetic, and flexible approach to care and support .TPBN1_UKTJ
