About the Position
* Manage your account portfolio to meet annual budget, with full P&L responsibility, including terms, range, distribution, NPD launches, and promotions
* Identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve company goals
* Develop skills and knowledge to maximize potential and contribution
* Achieve sales and gross margin targets within budget and pricing guidelines
* Network within accounts to develop positive relationships and leverage brand opportunities
* Use category management strategies to optimize space and promotional activities
* Negotiate effectively to maximize sales growth and return on investment
* Promote continuous improvement and exceed customer expectations
* Provide accurate forecasts and communicate with demand planning and brand teams
* Develop joint business plans for key accounts to drive growth
* Establish KPIs for accounts to monitor volume, value, profit, and other metrics
* Manage promotional activities, including planning, execution, and evaluation
* Use account reporting systems to support decision-making and optimize performance
* Handle administrative tasks related to sales and negotiations, including new line setup, pricing, and promotional briefs
