Join Our Team as a Recruitment Coordinator!

Location: Bromsgrove

Contract: Full-time, 9-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover)

Hours: 35 hours per week

Salary: £18,468.75 pro rata (£24,625.00 full-time equivalent)

Your Role

We are on the lookout for a motivated and organized Recruitment Coordinator who is eager to develop a career in HR. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between our hiring managers and candidates, supporting the full recruitment lifecycle.

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will:

* Develop a strong understanding of Polaris brands, including their purpose and culture.
* Take ownership of vacancy adverts—drafting, posting, and monitoring applications.
* Review applications, screen candidates, and create shortlists for hiring managers.
* Source candidates directly and liaise with them via phone and email.
* Coordinate interviews and ensure hiring managers have all necessary documentation.
* Provide interview feedback and maintain excellent customer service.
* Complete various administrative duties related to recruitment.
* Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements during onboarding.


What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* The ability to work collaboratively and manage your own workload.
* Experience with the full Microsoft Office suite.
* Previous experience in a recruitment or HR role (advantageous).
* Knowledge of children's residential homes (advantageous).
