Bid Writer
Windsor (Office based) Full time
£32,000 – £35,000
We are looking for a full-time bid writer to support our clients marketing and sales team in producing
compelling collateral that communicates their unique value proposition.
Our client have over 20 years of experience in workplace design and build for the UK most
prestigious companies. They have an ambitious growth plan so it is an exciting time to join their
approachable team.
Person Specification :
1. Highly organised, able to work across multiple projects at the same time.
2. Self-motivated and reliable.
3. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
4. Flexible on work day timings with occasional requirement to work late to meet client
deadlines.
5. Keen to learn, develop and have training, as required.
The Bid Designer/ Graphic Designer’s primary focus will be creating pitch, bid, submission and
pre-qualification documents working closely with the Sales and Business Development teams.
Other tasks will include creating sales collateral to support the sales cycle and creating
marketing content to support the broader marketing function.
Skills and Experience:
6. Educated to Degree level in Graphic Design
7. Experienced in Adobe InDesign and broad experience in the Adobe suite.
8. IT literate – Microsoft 365.
9. Experience working on submissions, bids and/or pitch documents would be
advantageous.
10. Some understanding of the B2B sales cycle.
11. Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
12. Excellent copy editing skills, proofing skills and attention to detail.
13. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Job requirements :
14. Work closely with Project Directors to develop compelling bid documents, tender
submissions, PQQs and presentations for pitches.

15. Gather bid relevant content from across departments; pre-contracts, contracts,
furniture, marketing and management to feed into the submissions.
16. Actively contribute creative ideas to enhance bid documents.
