What you’ll be doing
* Investigate real‑time delays using NTL systems such as Kestrel, IRMA rosters, Trust and other systems.
* Accurately input and manage data in delay reporting software.
* Liaise with train crew, managers and performance teams to confirm causes of delay.
* Analyse trends to support performance improvement initiatives.
* Produce reports and escalated unresolved issues where needed.
About you
* A good understanding of train service operations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
* Strong communication skills and confidence working across teams.
* Great organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
* Experience with performance systems (like Kestrel) is desirable but not essential.
