Staff Product Designer
Remote - UK / EU
Day rate: £600–800/day Inside IR35
Initial 2 month contract - ASAP start
Looking for a Staff Product Designer to join a consumer fintech team working on a couple of ambitious zero-to-one initiatives.
The work will likely focus either on rethinking the web experience for a product that has historically been mobile-first, or on exploring how consumer financial products may evolve as interfaces become more conversational, context-aware and less dependent on traditional navigation patterns.
You’ll likely come from organisations recognised for exceptional design standards, with experience shaping polished consumer products at scale and influencing product direction beyond the UI itself.
Looking for people who:
* Have shipped high-quality consumer product experiences across mobile and web
* Are comfortable operating through ambiguity and early-stage thinking
* Bring strong systems thinking, interaction craft and product judgement
* Can work closely with senior product and leadership stakeholders
* Have experience in fintech, AI-native products, behavioural design or personalisation
Strong preference for designers with backgrounds in product-led environments known for maintaining a very high design bar.
