Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team. In this role, you will take on a variety of tasks across the front-of-house, ensuring that our members and guests receive the best possible service. You will be involved in event preparations, working alongside the kitchen, and supporting the smooth running of our venue. If you're passionate about providing excellent guest experiences and motivated in taking leadership over all aspects of front-of-house duties, this is the ideal role for you.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in providing exceptional service to our members and guests.
· Setup and take responsibility over the preparation of events, ensuring the venue is ready for service.
· Work alongside the chefs to maintain high service standards.
· Help oversee the smooth running of functions and events.
· Perform general front-of-house duties, including taking food and drink orders, serving guests, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
· Support with occasional closing procedures at the end of the day.
Requirements
· A passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences.
· A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
· Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work flexibly, including some evenings and weekends.
· Attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
