Job Description
Niyaa people are working with a well-known affordable housing provider in Leicester who are looking for a Mechanical and Electrical Surveyor to join their team on a Temporary basis.
As the Mechanical and Electrical Surveyor, you will be:
* Supporting the M&E supervisor with daily compliance tasks
* Completing surveys on the heating and electrical systems
* Complete audits and post inspections on the contractors work
Qualifications / Experience:
* NVQ Level 3
* 18th edition or ACS qualified
* Social housing experience
* Previous experience overseeing contractors
* Understanding on heating and energy systems
* Strong knowledge on IT and Excel
As the Mechanical and Electrical Surveyor, you will receive:
* £40 -£42 per hour
* Opportunity for extension
* Mileage coverage
* Hybrid working
