Our clients invest €250,000–€800,000+ and receive residency or citizenship for themselves and their families - gaining Schengen access, euro-denominated assets, and long-term optionality.
Founded by Andreas Afeldt, who is based full-time in Athens and has spent over a decade working with high-net-worth clients across international markets. PassBeyond sits between global institutional scale and personal, founder-led trust — with deep local knowledge in Greece and cultural fluency across every market we serve.
We’re looking for a Relationship Manager to serve clients from India and South Asia.
The Role
This is not a traditional sales role. We’re looking for someone who already moves in the same circles as successful entrepreneurs, business owners, and senior professionals - and who can introduce them to an opportunity that provides real security and optionality for their families.
You will:
• Introduce PassBeyond to high-net-worth individuals in your network
• Help clients understand the real numbers, real timelines, and real risks - so they can make an informed decision
• Walk alongside clients from first conversation through to permit in hand
• Build trust through genuine conversation - not scripts or pressure tactics
• Work remotely with full support from our Athens headquarters
We’re not looking for cold-callers or lead-chasers. We’re looking for trusted connectors.
Who Our Clients Are
• Entrepreneurs, business owners, and investors with €250,000–€800,000+ to invest
• Self-made successes who built wealth through talent and persistence
• Often from environments where institutions have failed them - they’re sceptical for good reason
• Looking for optionality: security, Schengen access, European education, and peace of mind for their families
• They value relationships over transactions and won’t be rushed or pressured
Our clients need someone who understands their world, respects their scepticism, and guides with patience and honesty.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
• Existing relationships with HNWIs in UK
• Cultural fluency - you genuinely understand the communities you’d serve
• Fluent English (written and verbal)
• Comfortable with commission-only compensation
• Integrity - you’d rather lose a deal than mislead someone
Highly Desirable:
• Hindi, Urdu, Gujarati, Punjabi, or other regional languages
• Experience in real estate, immigration, wealth management, or financial services
• Active LinkedIn presence
Backgrounds that often do well:
• Business owners and entrepreneurs
• Private bankers and wealth managers
• Lawyers and accountants serving affluent clients
• Real estate professionals in investment or luxury markets
• Community leaders and well-connected professionals
• Successful diaspora professionals in UK, UAE, Singapore, or Europe
