The Role
As Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales Department and finalising Sea, Air, Road, and Courier shipments to destinations worldwide. You will manage client documentation, ensure customs compliance, coordinate with internal and external partners, and help maintain smooth, efficient shipment processing from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
* Input Sea, Air, Road, and Courier shipments into the management system.
* Enter and update client information accurately.
* File inventories and customs forms electronically, ensuring scan quality and completeness.
* Ensure clients submit correct forms and comply with customs requirements for each destination.
* Request and process payments for shipments and storage services.
* Maintain storage files and oversee unshipped consignments, arranging movement to storage when required.
* Issue invoices to customers and handle invoice queries or disputes professionally.
* Liaise with courier companies, destination agents, warehouse teams, and export departments to maintain seamless operations.
* Answer calls from clients and internal stakeholders promptly and professionally.
* Maintain confidentiality and support ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
* Excellent communication skills—clear, professional, and confident both verbally and in writing.
* Strong organisational ability with excellent time management.
* A polished and professional telephone manner.
* High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Ability to multitask and adapt to varied daily responsibilities.

* Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
* Experience in high-volume admin, invoicing, or accounts roles is an advantage.
* Background in freight forwarding, courier services, international removals, transport, property, logistics, or similar is highly desirable.
