An opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant with the Community Hospital admin team. We are a small but very friendly team.
The successful applicant will require excellent IT, communication, and organisational skills, with a confident, courteous, and friendly approach to patients and colleagues. Applicants should be enthusiastic, motivated, have the ability to work well as part of a team, provide cross cover to departments as required, and have previous experience in an administration role. This post can be very varied.
A high standard of verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is accuracy and attention to detail, along with proven experience of MS Office systems. Training will be provided, but the successful applicant must have the ability to produce accurate outcomes and work independently. The post involves providing administrative support to wards and clinics. While mainly based in Forres, the post holder will be called upon to support other teams within Moray – Dufftown, Aberlour, Buckie, and Keith. As the role involves handling medical records, the ability to work with sensitive and confidential information is essential.
Applicants will require a driving license and the use of a car.
