Position: Trustee
Activity: Four quarterly Trustee meetings and participation in one sub-committee
Location: Meetings are online, with two in-person meetings annually, typically in London (applications from all areas are welcome)
Time Commitment: Up to two days per month, with an option for additional involvement in direct charity projects through the Pilotlight 360 programme
Contract: 3-year term, renewable
Closing Date: 5pm, Friday 6 June
Interview Date: 25th and 27th June
About The Role

Our Trustees are central to this mission—offering guidance, sharing insights, and fostering a culture of learning and collaboration. We seek four new trustees to join our current team of Directors.
We are especially interested in candidates with skills in:
* Marketing in a Business-to-Business Context
* HR / People
* Commercial Finance
* Digital / AI

You believe in partnerships and shared learning. You are willing to contribute your skills to a purpose-driven organization ambitious for change. Previous board experience is not required; we provide induction and support. We value curiosity, collaboration, and commitment to our mission and values.
