Supply Star Little Learners is working in partnership with an award winning nursery chain in Shrewsbury, who are in search of Level 3 (and above) qualified Early Years Professionals to support them in continuing to deliver outstanding care and education to young children aged 0-5 years old.
Role Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment, ensuring each child’s individual needs are met inline with the EYFS Key Responsibilities: Activity Planning: Plan and deliver engaging activities that support developmental milestones in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Observation & Tracking: Maintain accurate records of children's progress and daily activities in their learning folders.
Safety & Safeguarding: Supervise children during play, mealtimes, and rest, ensuring strict compliance with health and safety and safeguarding regulations.
Relationship Building: Foster positive partnerships with parents, carers, and colleagues through effective communication.

* Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
* English GCSE grade C/4 (if qualified after Sept 2014)
* Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework
* A caring, enthusiastic, and child-centred approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare
