Summary
We are seeking someone who's first language is French to join our team at My Club Group in the UK. In this role, you will play a crucial part in promoting our brand and engaging with our customers to share our mission of empowering sports teams through custom kits into Europe.
• This is a full-time, office-based role – remote working isn't available.
Responsibilities
* Looking after your own set of customer accounts, from first enquiry to final delivery.
* Building great relationships with clients and becoming their go-to contact.
* Managing orders for custom-designed sports kits and making sure every detail is spot on.
* Growing your accounts through upselling and prospecting new business (including some cold calling and emailing).
* Using software tools (we'll provide full training) to manage orders.
